Since July 2010 gives for you a new unique offer "the Donausteig" at the Bavarian - Upper Austrian Danube! The about 450 km long Donausteig from Passau via Linz to Grein. This one is led at both riverside and has beaten the hiker hearts more highly.

Hike along the Donauleite and by the Erlau valley
The Donauleite is here in the area of Erlau a nature reserve (Flora Fauna Habitat reserve). This nature reserve is part of the most important networkings of nature reservs from Central Europe to the southeast of Europe. The network is called Natura 2000. The nature reserve was founded in 1986 and has a size of 401 hectares.
Clear differences show temperature distribution. The temperature will a few degree colder from the valley to the top slopes. This guarantees an incomparable large number of species. Enjoy the breathtaking views.ke.
